Situated in the vibrant heart of Midland and adjacent to our Honey Brook Lodge facility, Roshana Community Care – Midland offers a calm and connected environment for individuals seeking low-care mental health support in a semi-independent living setting.
Our thoughtfully designed facility spans six welcoming residences, five of which operate as Independent Living Units (ILUs), housing up to 30 residents. Each unit features a blend of private and shared rooms, along with shared living, dining, and outdoor spaces that foster both independence and community.
Guided by a recovery-focused care model, our dedicated staff support residents with daily routines, personal care, medication management, and wellbeing activities. The on-site team is further supported by a visiting GP and the Swan Mental Health Team, ensuring access to consistent clinical care.
The heart of the facility, Unit 1, functions as an admin and community hub — offering a communal dining area, laundry services, and the preparation of daily meals and snacks from our upgraded kitchen with outsourced catering partners.
