Roshana Care Group is proud to announce the development of a brand-new aged care facility in Lesmurdie—just around the corner from our existing Sunshine Park Aged Care Home and Lifestyle Village.

This upcoming 120-bed home is thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, independence, and a strong sense of community. Featuring modern architecture and expansive landscaped surroundings, the facility has been designed with wellness and quality of life in mind.

Each resident suite will be fully equipped with the latest in aged care technology and complemented by warm, welcoming interiors. The facility will also include communal lounges, garden courtyards, and thoughtfully planned indoor/outdoor spaces to encourage social engagement and relaxation.

A team of compassionate new staff members will join our experienced caregivers, ensuring a high standard of personalised care for all residents.

While a completion date is yet to be confirmed, we look forward to welcoming new residents into a peaceful and supportive environment in the heart of Lesmurdie.
