Inspiring the Future: Dr Rosh Jalagge Delivers Keynote on Leadership & Change Management at AILFE

Roshana Care Group is proud to share that our Founder and CEO, Dr Rosh Jalagge, was recently invited as a guest speaker at the Australian Institute of Language and Further Education (AILFE). The event brought together a group of 50 enthusiastic students and key stakeholders for an engaging and thought-provoking session on Leadership and Change Management.

Dr Rosh shared valuable insights from his journey of building and leading Roshana Care Group—one of Australia’s largest aged care , home care ,primary care, retirement living and mental health providers. His talk focused on navigating change, empowering people, and leading with purpose in the face of evolving industry challenges.

The event was also attended by Mrs Priyanka Gamage, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Roshana Care Group, along with Associate Professor Hallam Pereira, adding further depth to the discussions and engagement with students.
