About Us

Roshana’s Story

Roshana Care’s story is one of vision, heart, and unwavering dedication. What began over 20 years ago as a single facility founded by Dr Roshana Jalagge and Mrs Priyanka has grown into a trusted network of 20 care facilities across Australia. A reflection of relentless hard work, steadfast commitment, and the enduring trust placed in us by families and communities nationwide.

Born from a desire to offer more than just healthcare, Roshana was founded on a simple yet profound belief that, care should be personal, dignified, and life-affirming. The goal was never just to treat, but to truly care and to create spaces where people are nurtured physically, emotionally, and socially. Over the years, that mission has remained unchanged, but its impact has deepened and expanded.

Shaped by two decades of experience in the care sector, Roshana Care has evolved into a beacon of hope and healing. Through personalised care plans, innovative therapies, and a broad range of services including aged care, home care, primary care, mental health, NDIS, and retirement living, we empower individuals to take control of their wellbeing and live with purpose.

In an often impersonal world, Roshana stands as a place where every voice is heard, every person is valued, and every life matters. We honour the trust Australians have placed in us over the years and with every hand we hold and every home we create, we remain devoted to our founding promise which is to care with compassion, to lead with integrity, and to serve with love.
